This hunting lease is leased and not available. Base Camp leasing has a 60 acre hunting lease available for immediate lease in Greene County, NY. This hunting lease is located in WMU (4S) and about 20 miles south of Albany. This property is pretty flat and the parking is on the west side. There are a couple fields a farmer farms for organic hay. You will see a few scattered apple trees. The hunting lease has lots of oak and hickory trees. I found several used deer trails and walked to within 5 yards of a hen turkey . She didn't seem to mind me at all. The east side of the property is swampy and a great bedding area. Talked to a neighbor and he stated there are a lot of deer hanging around the swamp. There also is a hidden field. Nice looking property with good deer and turkey sign! ATV use is allowed for hunting purposes. Camping is allowed but camper must be removed at end of deer season. No camping during spring turkey season.
